Rails 常用插件简介索引(2008-01-15更新)

多谢blackanger 提议，似乎分类的效果不明显，没能起到他的作用，为了大家方便，我把以前（包括以后写的）的《Rails 常用插件简介》全部归到这里来，希望对大家有点用。
