myeclipse连接oracle处错误

郁闷啊，前天还可以，刚才在连接就出现这个错误，上网搜索一堆，还没有解决，感觉不是驱动问题，因为前几天都可以。
在另外一台机子就可以运行

ora-12514 tns listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
The connection descriptor used by the client was:
localhost:1521

这是这么回事啊？

User name:yujie
Password:yujie

连接到别的机器上把localhost改为别的机器的IP吧
tnsnames.ora:
我的配置如下：

这个文件在我的是在这个目录下：E:\oracle\Administrator\product\11.1.0\db_1\NETWORK\ADMIN

我的是这样：
