s3c2410芯片，fs2410开发板出问题，连非操作系统的外围测试程序也运行不了（swi exception）

查了好久，感觉是最近用ADS 搞出的问题，可能是把cpu设置搞乱了。
另外
启动时卡在fs2410 in/bash: in/bash:Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!
关电源几个小时后启动就会完全正常，运行一会，马上命令打不进去，出现什么assertion boched ，Please press Enter to activate this console

不知道怎么判断是硬件还是软件问题，感觉不是硬件问题，可为什么把nand flash 重新烧写了一遍还是不行？若是硬件问题，又为什么过一段时间就运行正常呢？？
