求助：apache用rewrite实现二级域名

描述：
在根目录下有个文件夹company，里面包含index.php aboutus.php contactus.php newslist.php
假设域名为yuming.com 公司用户名为test

要求:
test.yuming.com/index.php=>company/index.php
test.yuming.com/aboutus.php=>company/aboutus.php
test.yuming.com/contactus.php=>company/contactus.php
test.yuming.com/newslist.php=>company/newslist.php


已测试：
已开启泛域名解析、开启rewrite模块
.htaccess里的内容是
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www.)?(?!/.|www|bbs|demo)(.*)\.yuming\.cn$
RewriteRule ^/?$ %{HTTP_HOST}
RewriteRule ([^.]+)\.yuming\.com(.*)$ /company/index.php?spacename=$1

这样可以实现test.yuming.com => /company/index.php?spacename=test 的转换，但是接下来不知道该怎么做了，实验了很多方法都不行。我是照着葫芦画瓢，基础性的东西没搞懂。请大家帮帮忙。
